Shredded Return Policy

  • To return your product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your Shredded order to initiate the return process.
  • Information required at time of contact:
    • Full name
    • Receipt or email confirmation of placed order
    • Order number
    • Details on the item(s) that are being returned
    • The reason for return
  • Please contact our customer service team by clicking “Contact Us” or at customercare@shreddedathleticwear.com
  • Returned Shredded items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and items need to be returned with all tags still attached provided your item had a tag when it was delivered. Items with stains or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
  • Special Conditions:
    • Items not available for return or exchange
      • Shredded Sports Bras
      • Shredded Tuberz
  • Exchanges are only permitted if the item is exchanged for the same item of a different size
  • Refunds will only be processed to payment method used to place the order.
  • Once returned item has been received by the Shredded Apparel team, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process the return. Once the return has been processed, you will be notified, and depending on your own bank’s processing times, it may take up to 7 days after we have processed the refund, for it to be reflected in your account.
